Fuel Supply for the Motor
• Follow the Safety Standards for fuel handling (page 5).
• Clean the surface around the fuel tank cap to prevent
contamination.
• Slowly loosen the fuel tank cap.
• To avoid any spills carefully pour the fuel mix into de
tank.
CAUTION
Follow the fuel specifications
(page 3).
• Double-check and clean the joints before setting back
the fuel tank cap.
• Immediately set the fuel tank cap and tighten by hand.
• Clean up any fuel spill.
CAUTION
Smoke emissions in a new motor is a
normal occurrence during and after it is used for the first
time.
Start Up
Starting a Cold Motor
• Before starting the blower make all the necessary
adjustments in the harness to firmly fit your back.
• Then, remove the blower from your back and set the
blower on its base and on leveled ground.
• Set the switch into the ON position (1).
• Press and release the primer bulb 10 times (2).

• Move the choke lever into " " position (3).

• Press the throttle trigger and block it with the blocking
button (4).

• Pull the jack-line to start the motor. DO NOT pull more

• In the event the motor is not running move the choke

• Pull the jack-line once more until the motor starts
running. DO NOT pull more than 6 times. In cold weather,
(1,2,3...)

you would need to pull the jack-line more times (7).
• In the event the motor is not running, repeat steps from
step 2.
• Once the motor is running, run 10 seconds in that
position (8).
• Set the choke lever into the "
" position (9).
• Press and release the throttle trigger to run idle.
• The blower is ready to operate. Place it on your back to
start working.
