Before the first use, it is recommended to do 5 complete cycles with the toaster empty, because
odours or smoke from the lubricants used for assembly may appear during the first few uses.
1 - Plug the toaster into an outlet compatible with its electrical characteristics.
2 - Turn the browning level selector (6) to choose the toasting level you want. You can choose
from 6 toasting levels with 1 being the lightest and 6 being the darkest. The level number will
be shown on the display (7).
3 - Make sure the crumb tray (8) is properly inserted (PHOTO 1).
4 - Put the toast into the slot (4) or push the grill lever (2) to put the bread on the multifunction grill
(3). Slide the lever (5) downwards so the toaster starts running (PHOTO 2).
5 - While the toaster is running the display will show the selected toasting level and the remaining
time. When the display shows 0 the toaster will stop automatically and the slice of bread will
automatically rise.
6 - If you need to defrost bread put the bread into the slot or on the grill and push the DEFROST
button (9) after turning the toaster on (PHOTO 3).
7 - If you need to reheat bread put the bread into the slot or on the grill and push the REHEAT
button (10) after turning the toaster on (PHOTO 3).
8 - Push the CANCEL button (11) if you need to stop any one of the processes mentioned above.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Turn off and unplug the toaster before cleaning it.
2.- Remove the crumb tray (8) and wash it after each use.
3.- Use a damp cloth to wash the body (1) of the toaster.
WARNING:
Be aware that the body of this item cannot be submerged.
4.- Do not use chemical or abrasive products for cleaning the toaster.
Do not use a brush or other utensil that may damage the parts or surfaces.
