Use as a Double-Sided Grill
• Set the variable temperature control to the
position 3, and preheat the unit
• Place the foods to the lower cooking surfa-
ce and close the upper cover onto the foods.
• You are not required to turn the foods in
the double-sided grill
• After the desired amount of time the food
should be done
• Carefully open the lid and collect and
take the foods in the plate using a wooden
spatula.
