In order to increase the cooking
area in picnics and parties open
the upper cover in a 180º angle, so
you can provide a wide surface for
cooking
• Place the top cover on tabs under-
side be pulling vertical! and upwardl.
In this way, you can open the top
cover to 180º
• Set the variable temperature con-
trol to the appropriate position, and
preheat the unit
• You can place the foods in both surfaces, use both of them at the same
time, and easily make your grills.
• Turn and collect the foods in the plate using a wooden spatula
Note:
The light is controled by the thermostat and will cycle during cooking to
ensure that the correct temperature is maintained.
WARNING:
1- NEVER touch the outer surfaces of the unit as they heat up during ope-
ration. Use the handle to open the upper cover. Vapour may come out from
between the heating plates of your equipment when the upper cover is
opened during the cooking process. Be careful when taking out the foods.
2- Carefully open the lid and remove the foods using plastic ar wooden
utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Never use metal tongs,
forks ar a knife or as these can damage the coating.
