FIRST USE FOR THE STEAM COOKER
Remove the steam cooker from the elements of packing and check all the parts are in good condi-
tion.
Wash, with warm water and wash liquid, the lid (1) and the bowls (2-3-4); rinse and wipe all.
Clean the internal part of the water tank (5) and the base (7) with a soft wet cloth and wipe well.

HOW IT WORKS

Place the steam cooker on a stable surface, dry and heat resistant, at a reasonable distance from
walls or furniture.
Do not put the steam cooker under shelfs. The base and accessories are not for use into oven or
on fire.
Fill the water tank (5) only with fresh and clean water. Do not use other liquids, do not add salt,
pepper, etc.
When filling the tank with water, make sure to not overfill the MAX level as indicated on the water
level indicator (6) inside the tank.
Plug the power supply cord (11) into the socket.
Set time cooking with the timer (9) until max. 60 minutes; the indicator lamp (8) is switched on. After
about 3-4 minutes, steam comes out.
When cooking is complete, the timer (9) and the indicator lamp (8) turn off. If there is a lack of water
when cooking, the steam cooker will automatically stop.
To remove hot parts, always use kitchen gloves in order to avoid scalds.
When cooking is complete, always unplug the power supply cord (11) from the socket.
