1/8" BLEEDING VALVE INSERT
1. Choose the 6 mm twist drill to drill-out the original bleeding valve and enlarge this bore with the
8.5 mm twist drill.
2. Choose the 1/8" hand tap and make new thread for 1/8" valve insert.
3. Insert the 1/8" valve insert with thread sealant into the new thread (see figure below).
1/4" BLEEDING VALVE INSERT
1. Choose the 6 mm twist drill to drill-out the original bleeding valve and enlarge this bore with the
8.5 mm twist drill.
2. Choose 11 mm milling tool to enlarge the same bore a last one.
3. Choose countersink to sink and finish the bore.
4. Choose the 1/4" hand tap and make new thread for 1/4" valve insert.
5. Insert the 1/4" valve insert with thread sealant into the new thread (see figure below).
USE

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Always dispose brake fluid in an environmentally friendly manner.
