Inserting / replacing the batteries (Fig. B)
The water timer is powered by 2 x 1.5V AA Alkaline
batteries (not included).
1. Remove the battery compartment cover(6) on
the backside of the timer.
2. Insert batteries with correct polarity according
to battery compartment indications
3. Ensure a good closure of the cover by pushing it
firmly against the housing.
In order to stop the device from failing because of
a weak battery the battery must be replaced when
the low battery symbol indicator appears.
4. OPERATION
• The water pressure used must not exceed 8bar
/ 0.8MPa to avoid damage to this product.
• The digital timer may only be positioned vertical-
ly with the hose coupling (4) downwards to pre-
vent water entering the battery compartment(6).
Installing the water timer (Fig. A)
1. Connect the water timer to the tap. The union
nut (1) will fit a water tap with G 3/4" (26.5mm)
thread. For a tap with G 1/2" (21mm) thread use
the adapter (2).
2. Connect the hose coupling(4) to a water hose
connection.
