Fuel draining
• Fit under the carburetor a dedicated gasoline
container and use a funnel to avoid fuel spills.
• Remove the drain bolt (K).
• Once the fuel is drained into the container, fit back the
drain bolt and its washer. Tight back safely.
• Clean any fuel overflow.
Blade change
• Shut off the motor releasing the switch bar. Wait until
the motor cools down. Verify the blade and all moving
parts have stopped completely.
• Empty the oil tank before replacing the blade.
• Use
• Stick a wooden block between the blade and the guard
to prevent the blade to rotate.
• Use a die or a 0.6" wrench to loosen the nut securing
the blade. Turn counterclockwise.
• Remove the nut, the washer and the blade.
• After filing the blade or replacing with a new one, fix it
assembling the parts in the same order they had when
putting them apart.
• If replacing the blade, replace the screw as well.
• Remember, a sharp blade will increase the lawn mower
performance, especially when cutting high grasses.
Double-check the blade and file it at least once a year.

Maintenance
Spark plug
• Before removing the spark plug clean the area around
the spark plug base to prevent dust or debris from
entering into the motor. Then, remove the spark plug with
the plug spanner supplied with the lawn mower.
• Clean the carbon deposits from the spark plug electrodes
using a spark plug cleaner or a wire brush.
• Replace the spark plug if worn or using it again is not
reliable. Use the same type of spark plug (LG F7RTC).
• Double-check the gap between the electrodes is
0,030". Adjust the gap carefully bending the ground
connection electrode.
• Verify the condition of the spark plug joint.
• Fix back the spark-plug. Use care not tightening too
much.
Storage
• Drain all the lawn mower fuel, emptying the tank and
starting the motor until all the fuel inside the motor is
consumed. Do it always in the open air and before
storing it.
• Clean the lawn mower before storing to prevent from
rust, mildew or fire hazard.
• To make storage easier, draw back the handle lifting
both blocking levers and loosening its four knobs. When
drawing back the handle use care not to squeeze or
catch the starter jack-line.
• Store the lawn mower in a dry, tepid place, away from
the sunlight (preferably in a dark place) and out of the
reach of children.
• Refrain from covering the lawn mower with bags or
plastic sheets, otherwise, humidity generated could
damage the machine.
• Do not store near corrosive materials, such as fertilizers
or sodium chloride.
