BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging materials.
• Place the appliance on a flat, level surface and open the lid of the omelette maker.
• Wipe the cooking surfaces with a damp cloth to clean them.
• Use a small amount of cooking oil to season the cooking surfaces, and wipe off any excess oil with a dry cloth.
This only needs to be done once, before the first use.
• Wipe the outside of the housing with a soft damp cloth.
• Close the appliance.
USE
• Plug the omelette maker into a mains socket. Both indicator lights will illuminate.
• Keep the omelette maker closed while the plates are warming up and wait until the green ready indicator light
goes off to indicate that the optimal cooking temperature has been reached.
• Open the lid and place the ingredients into the pan recesses. Then close the lid gently and lock it in place using
the locking clip.
• The green ready indicator light will cycle on and off during cooking as the appliance maintains the optimal
cooking temperature.
• When the cooking time has elapsed, carefully unlock the lid, lift it up and remove the food.
Caution: hot steam may escape when lifting the lid. We recommend using oven gloves and a suitable kitchen
utensil such as a plastic spatula.
• Close the lid and wait for the green ready indicator light to go off again before adding more ingredients, or
unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down before cleaning and storing.
Tip: you can flip the omelette maker over for even cooking. Make sure the lid is closed with the locking clip before
flipping the appliance.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is unplugged and cooled down.
• Dry with a paper towel to absorb excess oil and brush any residue from the grooves.
• Wipe the entire appliance with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Caution: do not use abrasive cleaners or scratching utensils as they could damage the cooking surfaces.
• Should any filling be difficult to remove, pour a little cooking oil onto the plate and wipe off after 5 minutes,
when the filling has softened.
• After cleaning, allow the appliance to dry fully before storing or using again.

We, TKG SRL, hereby confirm that our product meets the requirements of regulation 1275/2008/EC. Admittedly,
our product does not dispose of a function to minimize the power consumption, which should according to
regulation 1275/2008/EC put the product in off or standby mode after finishing the main function, but this is
practically impossible, as it would compromise the main function of the product so strongly, that using the
product would no longer be possible!
For this reason we always tell the customer in our instruction manual to unplug the appliance immediately after
use.
