PURPOSE OF USE
- The pen oiler can be used for the following purpose:
• oil transfer
- The pen oiler must not be used for the following operations:
• any applications other than recommended ones

How to fill pen oiler 1756B
1. Place the hose into the fluid.
2. Pull the plunger handle to its maximum length and lock it in place.
How to use pen oiler 1756B
1. Insert the hose into the oil container.
2. Unlock the plunger handle and push it downwards to deliver the fluid into the oil sump or the required area.
Note: before transferring oil, check that the fluid is cold enough. If oil is transferred from a vehicle, check that the
vehicle engine is off and that both oil and the engine parts are cold.
ADJUSTING NUT TO INCREASE OR DECREASE PLUNGER INTERFERENCE
Depending on oil viscosity, adjust the nut on the plunger head (see picture): loose with
particularly dense fluids; tight with less dense fluids.
With higher interference, the plunger is quite resistant to forward movement. If, with
suction, the plunger is taken to stroke end position, it must be pushed forcefully, and
oil may suddenly come out. Whereas, if the plunger is not taken to stroke end position,
forward movement will be easier to modulate.
