Assembling the grills and propeller
Once the motor unit has been mounted on the base, secure the grills and propeller to the
motor unit.
Insert the rear grill onto the motor shaft. Align the small hole on the rear grill with
the small button on the bottom half of the motor unit. Then with one hand, hold the
rear grill in position.
Insert the plastic nut on the motor shaft and rotate it clockwise in the "TIGHTEN"
direction to secure the rear grill in place. Once the nut has been tightened, check
that the rear grill is still aligned with the button.
Insert the propeller onto the motor shaft by aligning the groove on the propeller with
the motor shaft's metal rod, then push down on the propeller to make both parts snap
into place. The motor's shaft rod rotates the propeller whenever the unit is in use.
Place the plastic cap on the motor shaft and rotate the cap anticlockwise in
the "TIGHTEN" direction, until it is tightly screwed in place and secures the propeller
on the motor shaft.
Hold the front grill with the attachment hook facing upwards and the locking clip
pointing downwards. First insert the attachment hook into the slot on the top of the
rear grill.
Make sure the two grills are properly aligned, then press firmly on all the edges of
the grills to connect them, starting from the top. You'll hear clicks as the edges are
secured into place.
Close the locking clip at the bottom, then tighten the screw using a Phillips screwdriver.
WARNING!
Before plugging in the unit, always check that all the parts have been properly
assembled to avoid any danger.
Disassembling the unit
To disassemble the unit before putting it away, simply unplug the power cable and follow the
steps indicated in the previous section in reverse order.
