PREFERENCE
Allows you to set parameters such as menu language, OSD transparency, audio and subtitle language.
In this section we highlight:
1.- OSD LANGUAGE: sets the language of all system menus and submenus.
2.- 1st/2nd SUBTITLE PREFERENCE: language to be used for the program subtitles if available. If the 1st
selected option does not exist, it will use the option set in the 2nd one.
3.- 1st/2nd AUDIO PREFERENCE: language to be used for the program audio if available. If the 1st selected
option does not exist, it will use the option set in the 2nd one.
SETTING
Allows you to set the recording timer, parental control, system date and time, restore to factory defaults and
view system information.
In this section we highlight:
1.- TIMER: allows you to schedule events (record a programme, change channels, switch the receiver on/
off). Press the yellow button to edit an entry or make a new entry, the green button to delete an entry
or the red button to delete all entries. It is important to use the arrows as indicated on the screen and
press OK to save the event.
To create an event press the yellow button and then select the EVENT TYPE:
- RECORDER: record a channel for the set time.
- CHANNEL: change channels.
- STANDBY: turn the receiver OFF.
- TURN ON: turn the receiver ON.
Depending on the event type, the system will unlock/lock the options required to perform the event. Set
all required parameters and press OK.
NOTE: check that the system time is correct for the event to run correctly.
