5. OPERATING MODES
After pairing you can use the device
All available video door phone functions are described in detail below.
5.1. RECEIVING AND ANSWERING A CALL FROM A CALL
STATION
When receiving a call from a main call station, AMAZON ALEXA rings and plays, for example, the following
voice message "Video door phone Campanello has detected a visitor". In order to start a conversation
with the call station, it is necessary to say for example the following voice command close to the AMAZON
ALEXA device "Alexa show/display Video door phone Campanello". In this way you will start a
conversation with the call station.
When speaking the voice command, it is necessary to speak the name of the device set up
on the configuration page (for full details see chapter
parameters").
If the AMAZON ALEXA device is an AMAZON ECHO SHOW model, i.e. with display, a video door phone call
(audio/video) is displayed, whereas if it is an AMAZON ECHO DOT model device, an intercom call (audio
only) is displayed.
You can end the conversation with the call station by saying the following command "Alexa stop" close to
the AMAZON ALEXA device.
5.2. DOOR OPENER FUNCTION
During a conversation with the call station, the door opener function can be enabled.
• To open the pedestrian door, say the following voice command in the vicinity of the device AMAZON
ALEXA, e.g. "Alexa open Video door phone Porta".
• To open the driveway, say the following voice command in the vicinity of the device AMAZON ALEXA,
e.g. "Alexa open Video door phone Carraio".
