TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT
•
The machine does not start.
• The rotating disc does not turn but water is
recirculated by the pump.
• The rotating disc turns but water is not
sprayed.
• Nebulilzation spray is coarse.
•
The machine vibrates.

CAUSE
• The power supply is not plugged in.
• Motor is not powered.
• The motor has failed.
• Pump is not powered.
• The water supply circuit is disconnected.
• The pump is plugged.
• The pump is full of air.
• The pump has failed.
• Control valve 4 is completely closed or
plugged
• The fixed disk is fouled.
• The rotating disc is too far from the fixed
disk.
• Nozzle is not positioned correctly
• The rotating disc is broken.
• The motor has failed.
• The fan is broken.
REMEDY
• Check the electrical connection or power
supply operation.
• Check power supply line to the motor.
• Have the motor replaced by an authorized
service technician.
• Check power supply line to pump.
• Check the water supply pipe and spray
control valve.
• Clean tank making certain that the pump is
thoroughly cleaned.
• Vent the hydraulic circuit by disconnecting
the 3/8" hose from the control valve.
• Clean the pump thoroughly.
• Have the pump replaced by an authorized
service technician.
• Open the valve or, if necessary, clean it out
• Clean the fixed disk.
• Make certain that the distance between
fixed and rotating discs is about 4mm;
add/remove shims to adjust the distance.
• Check nozzle position.
• Have the rotating disc replaced by an
authorized service technician.
• Have the motor replaced by an authorized
service technician.
• Have the fan replaced by an authorized
service technician.
