3. Put the hexagon bolts

ATTENTION! – The following
points are to be examined
before using the telescopic
ladder:
• Check that the side rails / legs

support foot are not bent,
curved, distorted, dented,
cracked, corroded or decaying.
• Check that the fixation points
with other parts on the side rails

foot are in good condition.
• Check that fastenings (usually
rivets, screws, bolts) are not
missing or loose or corroded.
• Check that the side rails / legs /
rungs / top bar / support foot
are not missing or loose, worn
down, corroded or damaged.
• Check that the locking mecha-
nisms and locking indicators
function correctly, are not miss-
ing or loose, worn down, cor-
roded or damaged and that the
rung elements lock correctly.
• Check that no rubber feet are
missing or loose, worn down,
corroded or damaged.
• Check that the ladder is free
from contamination (i.e. dirt,
paint, oil or grease).
