HOW TO USE
USE STEPS
1. LED indicator turns red first, then turn green, and finally goes out.
2. Make sure the battery is placed correctly so that the "+/-" pole of
the battery corresponds to the "+/-" pole of the charger.
3. Charge status:
Condition
Power connected
Charging
Fully charged
Short circuit
Indication
Power light in red(1 second) -- green
(1 second) -- light off
