Problem
The robot does not turn on
The remote control does not work.
The device suddenly stops working.

Solution
Make sure that the switch is set to the On
position.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
Change the remote control batteries (2 AAA).
Make sure the remote control is within the
robot range (16 ft/5 m).
If the problem continues, turn the switch off
and restart it.
Change the remote control batteries.
Make sure the robot is on and the battery is
fully charged.
Check if the robot is trapped or stuck with any
obstacle.
Check the battery level.
If the problem continues, turn the switch off,
wait for 2 seconds and restart it.
Make sure the power switch in the lower part
of the robot is on.
