Step 6
Apply two beads of GLUE (54M) along either side of the groove of two OUTER LEGS (N).
å
NOTE: Be sure to leave approximately 2" on either end of the OUTER LEGS without GLUE.
å
Line up the OUTER LEGS (N) with the LEGS (O2 and P2) on the OUTER END (C).
å
Using your hammer, gently tap four I-BEAMS* (56M) into the groove of the top end of the LEGS (N/O2 and N/P2) and
å
three I-BEAMS into the groove in the opposite end of the LEGS. Wipe away any excess glue with a damp cloth.
NOTE: When tapping in the I-BEAMS, you will want to alternate by tapping one I-BEAM into the top end and then tapping
å
one into the bottom end until they are all inserted into the LEGS.
Repeat this step to fasten the remaining OUTER LEGS (N) to the LEGS (J2, K2, L2, and M2) on the ENDS (A2 and B).
