WARNINGS
•
Insert and remove the memory card and the power adapter only when the
camera is turned off.
•
It is recommended that you use good quality AA/R6 batteries to prevent
corrosion and leakage of acid inside the camera.
•
Use only a 12V/2A power supply to power the camera, and do not reverse polarity
when inserting batteries or accumulators.
•
In the test mode, the camera will turn off automatically within 3 minutes if no
button is pressed.
•
Do not interrupt the device power during software upgrades and return the
device to the seller if the update procedure fails. Our recommendation is to
send the product to the seller for the software upgrade procedure to eliminate
the risk of irreparably damage the product.
•
Remove branches or moving objects from the area in front of the camera that
can trigger false alarms and photos.
•
Do not position the camera near equipment that generates heat, ventilation,
light sources to avoid taking false photos.
•
The camera uses a 100°FOV wide angle lens (compared to other cameras that
have 52°FOV) and 58 IR LEDs. Make sure these IR LEDs can give enough
IR light to support the wide angle lens. Using only high-quality AA batteries
provides enough energy and consistently illuminate in dark environments.
•
The scheduled date/time can be saved in the camera for 12 hours as long as the
camera was powered an hour earlier.
