CAUTION: Setting controls to the "OFF" position before turning the unit off using
the main switch (6), in the order shown in the operating instructions is
recommended.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• In some cases, smoke may come out of the heating elements from inside the
appliance during initial use. This is perfectly normal. Just make sure there is
adequate ventilation.
• Regularly check the water level in the tank (4). Never use the appliance without
water in the tank!
• Do not place buns on the skewers until the skewers are well heated.
RESET
If overheating occurs, the appliance will automatically switch off. In this case,
switch off the appliance and wait until it has cooled down, then press the RESET
button [11] to enable the appliance to be switched on again.

Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning,
adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b)
When the appliance has cooled down, remove the water tank, empty and clean
it. This should be done after each use to keep the machine in an impeccable
hygienic condition at all times.

Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
b)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used
to clean the unit.
c)
After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well before the unit is used
again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
f)
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
g)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
h)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any
damages.
i)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
