TIME
Workout time
With no time set, the timer will count down the time from the
start of your workout (the running of the treadmill) in the range
of 00:00-99:00 minutes.
With the time set between 5:00-99:00 minutes, the clock will
count down to the end of your workout
Displays the current speed of the treadmill in the range of 1-20
SPEED
DISTANCE
Distance to be covered
With no distance set, the distance will be measured from the
start of the workout - 0.00 km to 65.0 km. Each increment equals
0.1 km.
The distance to be covered can be set between 0.5-65.0 km and
will count down to the end of the distance at 0.5 km increments.
CALORIES
Calories burned
If there is no calorie limit set, the unit counts down from the
start of the workout i.e. 0 to a maximum of 995, with 1 calorie
increments.
The calorie limit can be set from 10-995, with 5 calorie
increments.
Measuring the heart rate
PULSE
Hold the heart rate measurement handles (8) firmly and the unit
measures the user's pulse. While the unit is taking a heart rate
reading, the heart light flashes on the display.

Starting/Stopping the unit - Starting a workout.
To start the unit and start your workout press the START button (11) on the
control panel. To stop the unit, press the STOP button (12). Alternatively, the
operation of the unit is interrupted if the connection between the security key
and the computer console is broken.
CAUTION! Before stepping onto the moving treadmill, first stand on its
stationary slats at the back. Then start the treadmill and adjust the SPEED +/-
buttons as low and safe a speed as possible to enter it. Never start the treadmill
while standing on it!

Quick workout
To quickly start a workout, press the appropriate speed (4) and/or incline (5)
quick selection button on the control panel, followed by the START button (11).
There are 5 quick selection buttons for speed and incline: 4/8/10/12/16: km/h
for the speed option, and 3/5/7/9/12 % for the incline option. To end the
workout, press the STOP button (12).
