SOLUTION
Long Press the ON/OFF switch (5 seconds)
to enter into Connectivity Mode: Searching
for Wi-Fi Network.
Review and confi rm the INSTALLATION
section in this manual.
Check that the power is ON at the circuit
breaker.
• Replace the load.
• Check the SPECIFICATION section for
compatible loads and limitations.
Check wireless network connectivity.
Check to see that permissions are granted
for the WiZ APP.
Manually press the ON/OFF switch to see
electrical functionality is working.
• Check SPECIFICATION section to ensure
load (light) is within limits.
• Replace the load (light).
Re-enter Wi-Fi password.
Check Wi-Fi signal to ensure within range
of router.
2.4GHz signal. Re-connect.
