POWER
To turn on the massage functions, hold down the power p button for 3 seconds. The massage
will automatically begin with the auto and heat function on.
MASSAGE INTENSITY
To toggle back and forth between intensities, press the "H" button for high intensity and the "L"
button for low intensity.
HEAT
The heat function will automatically turn on when you first press the power p button. To turn the
heat function on and off, press the heat h button once.
AUTO
The massager will begin in the auto program mode. The auto program alternates between high
and low intensity and periodically reverses the direction of the massage.
