UNPACK AIR CONDITIONER

WARNING
Excessive Weight Hazard
Use t wo or more people to move and inst all air
condit ioner.
Failure to do so can result in back or ot her injury.
• Remove packaging mat erials. Save t he cart on and
t he foam packaging for st oring t he air condit ioner
when not in use.
NOTE: There are NO packing materials inside t he air
condit ioner to remove—Do Not open t he cabinet .
• Properly dispose of/ recycle all packing mat erial.
• Handle t he air condit ioner gent ly.
• Keep t he air condit ioner upright and level. Do not
set t he air condit ioner on it s side, front , back or
upside down.

ASSEMBLY TO BACK OF UNIT
Inst all t he exhaust hose assembly by t wist ing t he round
adapt er count erclockwise int o t he exhaust port on t he
back of t he Air Condit ioner.

A. Measure t he window opening. For a 20"
opening, use just t he middle panel of t he
Window Kit wit h t he opening for t he Exhaust
Hose Adapt er. For openings from 20" t o 33",
insert one side panel t o t he middle panel, for
openings from 33" t o 46", insert bot h side
panels.
Cam lock
B. Place t he Window Kit int o t he window opening
(t he Cam Locks should be t owards you) and
slide t he side panels (if being used) out ward t o
fill t he opening. Lock t he panels in place wit h
t he Cam Locks. Apply t he foam seals t o t he
t op, bot t om and ends t o provide t he best seal.
Slide t he window shut against t he Window Kit .
