Pay attention to obstacles (tree stumps, roots, ditches).
During operation, walk forward at a steady pace and watch
the end of the tube. Avoid walking backwards, as this
reduces the danger of stumbling.
Do not cover the appliance during use. To avoid the risk of
overheating, keep the ventilation slots permanently clean
and unclogged to allow the air flow.
Before performing cleaning, adjusting, repairing and
maintenance tasks, always unplug the power cord.
Replace worn out or damaged parts immediately, so that
the power tool is always in a safe operating condition.
Cleaning:
The appliance must be completely cleaned after each use.
This will prevent residual organic matter from drying out
inside the tubes and in the collection bag.
Do not use aggressive cleaning products. These products
may damage plastics and metals, compromising the safe
operation of the power tool.
Maintenance:
Only maintenance works described in this instruction
manual may be carried out, all other works must be
performed by an official distributor.
If components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance purposes, they must be repositioned correctly
and immediately.
Maintenance of double insulated tools requires extreme
care and knowledge of the whole system and should only
be carried out by a qualified technician. Replacement of
components of a double insulated power tool should be
carried out with the same parts as the originals.
Use only VITO-approved accessories for this appliance or
technically identical parts. Failure to do so may result in
personal injuries or damages to the blower & vacuum. If in
doubt, if you lack knowledge or resources, you should
contact an official distributor.
Your blower & vacuum should only be serviced by the
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts.
1. Fit the middle suction/blowing tube (4) to the body of the
blower /vacuum (5);
2. Place and tighten the bolts;
3. Attach the end suction/blowing tube (2) to the middle
suction/blowing tube;
4. Tighten the fixing bolt.
1. Attach the tabs of the collection bag holder (12) to the
main body of the blower/vacuum (5);
2. Ensure that the collection bag's holder is securely
attached to the main body of the vacuum/blower;
3. Insert the hole of the collection bag into the collection
bag retaining hook (3).
1. Place the shoulder strap hook on its fixing point (7);
2. Ensure that the hook is securely fastened;
3. Adjust the strap's length according to the desired
working position.
