POSSIBLE CAUSE
There is not enough wa-
ter in the tank.
The AC adapter is not con-
nected properly.
There is too much or not
enough water in the tank.
The air intake at the bottom
may be covered with dust.
The diffuser temperature is
too low or too high.

SOLUTION
Add water to the tank
but do not exceed MAX
line.
Unplug the AC adapter and
re-plug.
Add (or pour out) water to
make sure suitable amount
of water is in the tank.
Clean the air intake.
If the temperature is too low
or too high, the surface mist
will accumulate into water
drop. Please let the diffuser
take a rest.
