Water supply connection - Additional safety infor-
mation

Water that has flown through backflow
preventers is considered to be nonpotable .

Place the cleaner as close as possible to the water sup-
ply .
Water supply from the water main
Connect a supply hose (not included) to the water
inlet of the unit and to the water supply .
Open the water supply .
The cleaner can be connected directly to the mains
drinking water supply only if the supply hose is fitted
with a backflow preventer valve as per current regula-
tions in force .
Make sure that the hose is at least Ø 13mm and that it
is reinforced .
Water supply from an open container
Unscrew the coupling part for the water inlet .
Screw the suction hose with filter (not included)
onto the water connection of the unit .
Hang the filter in the container .
Vent the unit before operation .

Unscrew the high-pressure line at the high-
pressure outlet of the unit .

Switch on the unit and let it run until water free
of bubbles emerges at the high-pressure out-
let .

Switch off the unit and screw on the high-pres-
sure hose again .
Failure to comply with the above conditions causes se-
rious mechanical damage to the pump and the loss of
warranty cover .
1 . Connect the high pressure hose to the unit's high
pressure outlet .
2 . Connect the high pressure hose to the spray gun . In-
sert the spray wand of your choice into the wand ex-
tension . Press in against the spring tension and twist
into the locked position . Insert the nozzle .
3 . Connect garden hose to unit's water inlet
Only clean or filtered wa-
(Max 10 bar ,1 MPA, max t . 40° C) .
4 . C onnect garden hose to the cold
water source and turn water on completely .
5 . Trigger the gun to eliminate trapped air, wait for a
steady flow of water to emerge from the spray noz-
zle .
CAUTION! In order to assist the first startup, it is rec-
ommended to hold the trigger pressed during the
pulling of the starter handle
NOTE:
Motor: see "owner's manual - general gasoline engine" .
6 . Start the engine .
CAUTION: Do not allow pressure washer to idle for
more than 2 minutes without switching off . Failure
to do this could cause appliance to the malfunction .
II. STOP
In an emergency, push the engine switch to "OFF" to
stall the engine . Stop it in normal in the following se-
quence:
CAUTION: Turn off the machine when finished work-
ing .
CAUTION: When the machine is switched off, always
discharge the pressure hose, opening the gun .
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Before to carry out any kind of mainte-
nance to the washer machine, run the pressure down,
take the water connection out .
