Bedside cot function
In order to use the bedside cot function, the product must be prepared accordingly.
To do so:
1.
Unfasten the zips on both sides of the opening side (fig. 1, fig. 11).
2.
Slide the locks (2, fig. 11) and remove the cot frame connecting piece (3,
fig. 11).
3.
Lower the side wall of the cot (fig. 12).
4.
Align the cot with the parents' bed and adjust the height of the cot so that
the parent's mattress is of equal height or a maximum of 2 cm higher than
the top edge of the falling side of the cot (fig. 16).
Note! The bottom of the cot in the bedside cot function must be parallel to
the ground. A difference in level between the sides of the cot is not permitted.
5.
Connect the mounting straps to the buckles on the side, next to the frame
of the cot (fig. 13).
6.
Guide the mounting straps under the mattress as indicated in the illustration (fig.
14), then tighten the straps to adjust their length to the parents' bed (fig. 15).
7.
Connect the mounting straps to the cot by fastening the buckles.
8.
Make sure that there is no gap between the cot and the parents' bed and
that the cot is attached sufficiently firmly and stably to the parents' bed.
NOTE: Before each use, check that there is no space between the parents'
mattress and the side wall of the cot.
WARNING: Use of the product is only permitted with beds and/or mattresses that
have straight sides. The use of the product next to beds and/or round mattresses
and water mattresses is prohibited.
Removal of cover
To remove the cover, lower the side wall of the cot and slide out the frame
connector piece (3, fig. 11). Then unfasten the hook-and-loop fasteners located
on the falling side and slide out the stiffening board. Once this has been done,
using a zip fastener, detach the entire cover and slide it off the frame.
Cleaning and maintenance
• The cot cover and mattress cover are hand-washable at 30°C.
