Thanks for purchasing AAT T5 Breath Alcohol Tester, a hand held
Digital Alcohol Analyzer. T5 gives you a digital reading of your breath
alcohol content and thus your possible concentration of intoxication.
To begin, rinse your mouth with fresh water before using the device.
Abstain from smoking or drinking for at least 15 minutes. If preform a
test just after drinking, the reading will fluctuate from very high reading
and then drop gradually. It is due to the alcohol residues inside your
mouth enhance the measured values. This will also happen with
aromatic drinks, alcoholic mouthwashes or mouth sprays, medicines or
drug, as well as by burping and vomiting.
Also, when alcohol enters the blood through the alimentary canal
( mouth, stomach, and intestines) , it is distributed through every part of
the body, including the lungs. This period will take about 1 5 ~ 3 0 minutes
before stable. Our device detects human breathe and gives a digital
read out of a person' s approximate Blood Alcohol Concentration ( known
from here on as BAC) .
If user direct blows very high concentration into the sensor, its surface
will be surrounded by lots of ethanol particles ， should need to wait 1 0
min. for evaporation.
Instruction Manual
(1) Please make sure that the 3.7V AAA Li ion battery is in the battery
compartment.
(2) Wash your mouth with water before using. Abstain from smoking or
drinking alcohol for at least 15 minutes.
(3) Insert the provided blow tube into the gas inlet located on top of the
LCD screen.
(4) Pressing the START【
analyzer, " WAIT" turns on and " PH" flashes for 6 times and then starts to
count down. Sensor pre- heating will be activated for an approximate 2 0
seconds.
If the machine has already turned on and at alcohol mode " ALC" ,
press the START【
pre- heating, " Wait" turns on and " PH" flashes for 6 times and then starts
to counts down.
