of the 8 settings by pressing the flame effect brightness button (3). The display shows „F1" to „F8".
TIMER
Repeatedly press the TIMER button (4) to set a time period after which the heater automatically
powers off (from 0,5 to 8 hours, in 0,5-hour intervals). To disable the TIMER function, repeatedly
press the TIMER button (4) until the „0" symbol appears on the LED display.
POWER OFF
Press the ON/OFF button (1) to disable the heater; the fan will still run for 15 seconds afterwards
to allow the device to cool. Afterwards, set the ON/OFF switch (D) on the back of the heater to
the „0" position. Remove the power plug from the power outlet.
Overheating protection
The heater is fitted with overheating protection, which automatically turns off the unit when it
overheats, e.g. if the ventilation grilles become completely or partially blocked. Should this happen,
unplug the mains plug from the socket, wait approx. 10 minutes until the appliance has cooled
down and remove the object blocking the ventilation grille. Then switch the heater back on as
described above. The heater should now work normally again. If the problem persists, please
contact our customer service team.
Note: Do not touch or cover the air outlet while the heater is in use. This can cause the unit to
overheat and trigger the safety mechanism.
Note: To protect the internal components from overheating, the fan will continue to run for 15
seconds after the OFF button is pressed before switching to standby mode.
7.0 MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Always switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug before carrying out maintenance
or inspection work.
Check all the parts for signs of wear. Do not continue to use the product if you find any defects.
Parts should only be replaced with original spare parts, and by a specialist, in accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications. A lack of care and maintenance can damage the appliance.
Dangerous situations can arise. To ensure electrical safety, the appliance must not be subjected
to liquids or be immersed in them. Regular maintenance helps to ensure the safety of the product
and increases its service life.
Warning: Allow the heater to cool down completely before cleaning or storage!
