Energy saving tips

The refrigerator should be located in the coolest area of the room, away from heat producing
appliances or heating ducts, and out of the direct sunlight.
▪
Let hot foods cool to room temperature before placing in the refrigerator. Overloading the
refrigerator forces the compressor to run longer. Foods that freeze too slowly may lose
quality, or spoil.
▪
Be sure to wrap foods properly, and wipe containers dry before placing them in the
refrigerator. This cuts down on frost build-up inside the refrigerator.
▪
Refrigerator storage bin should not be lined with aluminum foil, wax paper, or paper toweling.
Liners interfere with cold air circulation, making the refrigerator less efficient.
▪
Organize and label food to reduce door openings and extended searches. Remove as many
items as needed at one time, and close the door as soon as possible.
Replacing light
This appliance consists of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). This
type of diode cannot be changed by the consumer. The
lifetime of these LEDs is normally sufficient for no change to
be made. If however, and despite all the care taken during the
manufacture of your appliance, the LEDs were defective,
please contact your after-sales service for any intervention.
Door reversal instructions
CAUTION! Unplug the appliance before you change the hinge position. Empty
the appliance. Carry out the change with at least 2 persons.
1. Remove the 2 cover caps on the worktop carefully with a small pointed object and unscrew
the 2 worktop-screws (fig. 1). Then unscrew the screws on the back. Remove the worktop and
the top hinge bracket (fig. 2).
2. Open the door a bit and remove it from the bottom hinge. 3. Tilt the appliance slightly
backwards. A second person should hold the appliance now so you have access to the bottom
hinge.
4. Remove the 2 screws of the bottom hinge. Remove the adjustable foot on the left and fix it
on the opposite side (fig. 3).
5. Fix the bottom hinge on the opposite side.
6. Remove the sealing plug from the top left opening of the door und press it firmly into the top
right one.
7. Place the worktop upside down. Remove the hinge bracket (with axis, fig. 2) and fix it on the
opposite side. Do not tighten the screws too firmly.
8. Reinstall the door. Check, that the hinge axis meets its proper position in the bottom left
opening of the door.
