• This function protects the iron from scale formations.

Auto-off function

The iron will automatically turn off when it is placed and kept still horizontally 25 seconds, or
vertically 8 minutes. The appliance will produce 6 beeps and the light indicator will light up to
indicate that the iron has been turned off.
To heat it up again:
1. Lift or gently move the iron.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Turn off, unplug the appliance from the power supply, empty the water tank (do it after each
use) and allow it to cool down completely.
• Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners to clean the product.
• Wrap the cord around the heel rest.
• To protect the soleplate while it is stored, place the steam iron in an upright position on its
heel rest.
