1) INSTALLATION: HOW TO START
Put inside the head the adapter for the transmission shaft of your machine
Measure the pole diameter and put the proper bushing inside the head in the right
position
Put the head on the pole and mark with a felt pen the position of the lateral hole
Take the head off the pole and drill the pole with a 5.3mm drill tip
Put again the head on the pole and tighten the screw on the right side (anti-rotation screw)
and then the 4 screws to fasten the pole (not too much)
Plug the carbon rods into the shock absorbers of the combs and fasten them with the nuts
The head is ready for use
2) SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The operator has to use ZEUS respecting all the safety measures as per the current regulations.
Mainly:
ALWAYS use protective glasses
NEVER use ZEUS near electric cables
NEVER use ZEUS in case of rain or storm, anyway work in a dry environment
After using the shaker store ZEUS in a dry and cool place
3) MAINTENANCE
Before any cleaning/maintenance action the operator has to absolutely switch the motor off.
Maintenance has to be made by skilled personnel only, with the sole use of original spare parts.
In order to assure a high performance for a long time operator has to make a simple maintenance
work as mentioned in the following table.
