Preparation
Detach the water tank (6) from the fabric
steamer by pulling it away from the steam
head and lifting it out. Pull the rubber
stopper (8) out and fi ll the water tank with
distilled water. Distilled water will prevent
calcium deposits forming in the fabric
steamer. Put the rubber stopper back in and
replace the water tank in the fabric steamer.

Use
Hang the garment to be steamed on a
clothes hanger.
Plug the appliance in. The indicator light (4)
comes on red. Once the indicator light has
been green for 25 to 30 seconds, the fabric
steamer is hot and ready to use.
Hold the fabric steamer a few centimetres
from the garment with the steam head (1)
facing upwards and the nozzles (2) away
from you. Press the steam button (3) to spray
steam out through the nozzles in the steam
head while moving the steam head over the
garment to smooth it.

It may be necessary to treat the garment
several times to smooth it out fully. Make
sure steam does not come into contact with
walls, doors or similar behind the garment as
you steam it.
If the indicator light (4) turns red during
steaming, release the steam button and wait
a few seconds until the steam pressure has
built up again and the indicator light turns
green again.
After you have fi nished using the fabric
steamer, unplug the appliance from the
mains socket and then empty the water tank.
Allow the fabric steamer to cool down before
putting it away.
Cleaning and maintenance
Leave the fabric steamer to cool before
cleaning it. Empty the water tank.
If necessary, wipe the fabric steamer's
exterior with a well-wrung cloth, moistened
in mild soapy water. Never use abrasive
cleaning agents or hard objects on the fabric
steamer.
Wipe the area around the nozzles thoroughly
to remove any deposits.
