Change Password
• Old Password: If you need to change the password, then you must enter the present password in this box.
• Password: If the administrator needs to change the password, type in the new password here.
• Re-type Password: If the administrator needs to change the password, this box must match the contents of the password.
Virtual Server
If you configure the Corega BAR-SD Router as a virtual server, remote users accessing services such as Web or FTP at your local site via public IP addresses can be
automatically redirected to local servers configured with private IP address. In other words, depending on the requested service (TCP/UDP port number), the Corega
BAR-SD Router redirects the external service request to the appropriate server.
Example:
ID Service Port Server IP
1 80 192.168.123.1
2 21 192.168.123.2
3 23 192.168.123.3
In the example above, ID=1 allows data sent to the WAN IP address on port 80 to be re-directed to the Web Server at 192.168.123.1 on the local LAN.
