6. Operation

When delivered the unit is pre-set for use. For the
Mixing Station this means that the tank will be auto-
matically refilled and the pump will start up when flow
appears in one or more outlets. Further, the pump will
stop when the flow ends.
Via a signal from a pressure transmitter the pump
starts and stops. When pressure in the pipes are de-
creasing the pump starts up. And when the pressure
is increasing the pump will stop.
Concentration of detergent is to be adjusted di-
rectly on the dosing pump. Below see illustration no
110006237_1.

6.1. Daily operation

When adjusted according to the above descriptions
the unit runs automatically. This means that the tank
is automatically refilled and the pump, during flow in
one or more outlets, is in operation.
Before using the outlet always connect a disinfec-
tion nozzle or foam nozzle to the pistol/low pressure
valve.
Only seconds after opening of the pistol/low pres-
sure valve the pump starts up and a working pressure
automatically appears.
Starting the system
• Start on display or F1 (CM1 & 0-01 ends). The pump
is now running if there is consumption (the green field
in the display will light continuously). There are 24
volts on 0-03. Press is shown on the display. (There
will be 0-10 volts on input I-00). There will be 24 volts
on I-03.
• Stop on the display or F2, the pump stops
• If there is no consumption, the pump will go into
standby (the green field and 0-03 will both flash).
There will be no voltage on I-03.
• If LL (low level) is connected, the water valve will
open (0-02) and close again when HL opens.
• You can fill the water manually on F3, but only if
there is no ALARM.

Warning
• If Low level product is disconnected (I-08). A yellow
warning flashes in the display and (0-04) will pulse
with 24 volts.
• If Empty product is disconnected (I-09). A yellow
warning lights continuously and (0-04) will have a
constant 24 volts.
Alarm
• If there is no water in the tank (LLA is open)
• If Temp exceeds 80 degrees (no voltage on I-01)
• If HLA is disconnected (no voltage on I-07)
• If there is an alarm from the pump. (no voltage on
I-10)
