Benefit
Reduce stress on your feet by 22%. Using trekking poles when hiking or uphill on flat terrain can help
you achieve more sustainable and dynamic hiking. By combining the upper part of the body while
hiking, you can reduce the pressure on your legs by using arms and trekking poles as support and
exercise aid.
Trekking poles fit all terrain and help you keep your balance. In ice, snow, rocks and other environ-
ments, you can use trekking poles to maintain additional contact points with the ground, which can
keep you stable on the terrain.

How To Adjust The Trekking Pole To The Height That Suits You Best?
1. Please follow the formula:
The most suitable height for trekking poles = height * 0.68
Example: Your height is 180cm, so the height of your trekking pole is
180 * 0.68 = 122.4 cm
So please adjust the trekking pole to 122.4 cm
2. If your height is not within the height range corresponding to our trekking pole scale, please raise
your forearm, then make it parallel to the ground and at a 90° angle to your upper arm. Now the height
of holding the poles is the correct height.
