TROUBLESHOOTING AND/OR FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
1. What should I do if the device configuration process
has failed?
• Check that the power strip is on and the LED is flashing
as shown in the app.
• Check if your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz
Wi-Fi network, in the name of the Wi-Fi network (SSID)
you should not put "Plus" or "5G". If in doubt, you can
contact your operator or our technical support to verify
the network.
• Check if the devices connected to the router reach the
maximum allowed limit. Please try to turn off the Wi-Fi
function of some devices and reconfigure the power
strip.
• Check if the wireless MAC filtering function of the
router is enabled. Remove the device from the filter
list and make sure that the router is not prohibiting the
connection of the Wi-Fi power strip.
• Make sure that the password of your Wi-Fi network
entered in the application is correct by going to the
settings of your phone or tablet, click on "Wi-Fi", select
your network, select forget and reconnect with the
password of your network.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi strip is in pairing mode:
the LED flashes (twice per second) for the "EZ Mode"
configuration and flashes (once every three seconds) for
the "AP Mode" configuration.
- Repeat the configuration process.
- Factory reset the Wi-Fi strip and try to add it again.
