The manufacturer Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. declares that the product Immersion blender with
accessories Mod. Avant-Space (cod. D2DFI01AVSPD2M6) complies with Directive 2014/30/EU of
the European Parliament and of the Council, of 26th February 2014, on the harmonisation of the
laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
The manufacturer Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. declares that the product Immersion blender with
accessories Mod. Avant-Space (cod. D2DFI01AVSPD2M6) complies with Directive 2014/35/EU of
the European Parliament and of the Council, of 26th February 2014, on the harmonisation of the
laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of electrical equipment
designed for use within certain voltage limits.
The manufacturer Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. declares that the product Immersion blender with
accessories Mod. Avant-Space (cod. D2DFI01AVSPD2M6) complies with Directive 2009/125/EC
of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21st October 2009, on establishing a framework
for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products.
The manufacturer Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. declares that the product Immersion blender with
accessories Mod. Avant-Space (cod. D2DFI01AVSPD2M6) complies with Directive 2011/65/EU of
the Parliament and of the Council, of 8th June 2011 and subsequent Commission Delegated
Directive 2015/863, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and
electronic equipment.
Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of
4th July 2012, on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the presence
of the crossed-out wheelie bin indicates that this appliance is not to be considered
urban waste: it therefore needs to be collected separately and sorted for recycling.
Failure to dispose of the appliance as separate waste may constitute a potential hazard to
the environment and human health. Said product can be returned to the distributor upon
purchase of a new appliance. Improper disposal of the appliance constitutes fraudulent
conduct and is subject to sanctions by the Police Authority. For further information, contact

WARRANTY TERMS
Tognana Porcellane S.p.A., thanks you for your choice and guarantees that its appliances are a
product of the latest technologies and research.
The appliance is covered by the standard TWO-YEAR warranty from the date of purchase by the
first user. This warranty is without prejudice to the validity of the legislation in force concerning
consumer goods (D.L. 6 September 2005 n. 206 art. 128 and following).
In order to make a claim under the Warranty, the consumer must submit the receipt or invoice
certifying the purchase of the product.

The components or parts found to have ascertained manufacturing defects shall be repaired or
replaced free of charge by our authorised service network, during the aforementioned warranty
period.
The repair costs, including the cost of the spare parts, the shipping costs for the delivery of a
defect-free product or component, shall be borne by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.
