HEART RATE / LIGHT BLINKING ALERT
The blinking lights illustrate the appropriateness for different age of riders with different maximum
heart beat.
Low light blinking (twice per second) means users exercise is close to high intensity, high light blinking
(four �mes per second) means user is in high exercise intensity process. No blinking lights mean user is
in low or normal intensity exercise process.
AGE SETTING:
Press ENTER/RESET key three �mes during stop mode, the AGE number will be blinking then press UP
or DOWN key to set age. Press ENTER key to confirm the age se�ng.
A�er age se�ng, monitor will calculate and set suitable Light-blinking threshold automa�cally.

CALIBRATION PROCEDURE OF VC3S-32
*All monitors had been completed this calibra�on procedure before delivery. Please only follow
below steps
while the resistance levels are not showing correctly.
1. Turn the resistant adjuster counter-clockwise un�l stopped to make the machine reach
lowest level.
2. Use a pen's �p or pin to press and keep holding the "k/m" bu�on on back of the meter, and
then press any bu�on on meter front to turn on the meter. (You may release both "k/m"
bu�on and one bu�on of meter front a�er meter turned on.)
3. Press and holding "UP" bu�on and then press and hold "ENTER/RESET" for 5 seconds.
Display will show "LEVEL 1" and a 3 or 4-digits, which means meter is into level
resistance calibra�on.
4. Turn the resistant adjuster clockwise for 1/2 circle then press "ENTER/RESET" bu�on
to let meter record this posi�on and level as level 1.
5. Monitor will automa�cally added one more level a�er step 4. Turn clockwise for
1/4 circle of the resistant adjuster then press "ENTER/RESET" bu�on to calibrate next level.
6. Repeat step 5 un�l the resistant adjuster to level 33 (maximum of resistant).
7. Monitor will resume stand-by mode a�er complete se�ng.
