8. DECLARATION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
The CN230 and CN240 Scooters are designed for use in the electromagnetic conditions
specified in the following tables. The user of the CN230 and CN240 Scooters must make sure
that it is used in the conditions specified.
Warnings related to risks from electromagnetic interference:
Interference can cause accidental movement and/or erratic vehicle control.
Electromagnetic energy emitted by sources such as:
- radio transmitting stations;
- TV broadcasting stations;
- amateur radio stations;
- shop alarms;
- mobile phones and cordless telephones can interfere with electric wheelchairs and electric
scooters.
Interference can cause the electromagnetic brake to release, the device to move in an
unintended direction. They can also permanently damage the
