Preparation
• The air compressor is used to power pneumatic tools, which are as versatile as electric tools, so they can be used for
drilling, screwing, nailing, riveting, stapling, chiseling, polishing, blowtorching, cleaning, painting, etc.
• Operation of the compressor is fully automatic, controlled by its pressure switch, which stops the motor when the tank
pressure reaches the maximum level and restarts when it drops below 551.6 kPa (80 PSI).
• The compressor must be connected to an outlet protected by a suitable differential switch (thermomagnetic).
Assembly
• Screw the air filter (A) to the side of the crankcase as
shown in the picture.
Oil
CAUTION
• Replace the transport plug (B) with the
working plug (B
1
) included.
• Check the oil level window (C). If the oil level does not
reach the middle point (red circle), remove the tank cap
(B
) and fill the tank with SAE-30 compressor lubricating
1
oil up to the indicated level.
• Check the oil level before each use.
CAUTION
• Before starting to work, leave the compressor ON for
several minutes with the air valve fully open to allow the
lubricant to be properly distributed.
