Wire Cup Brush Assembly
A type 27 wheel guard may
not be used for all tool op-
erations. Do not discard guard when not in
use. Always reinstall wheel guard when con-
verting back to grinding operations. When us-
ing Wire Cup Wheels, tool may be used without
a guard.
Wear
when handling wire brush
accessories. Handling of wire brush accesso-
ries without gloves may result in personal inju-
ry.
To install wire cup brush (Fig. 14)
Follow instructions for Mounting and Removing
X-Lock Accessories starting on page 18.
Wire Wheel Assembly
To install wire wheel (Fig. 15)
1. Inspect and adjust Type 27 Wheel Guard
(8) to the proper position, as shown in Fig.
6 on page 17.
2. Follow instructions for "Mounting and
Removing X-Lock Accessories" starting on
page 18.
