planned, repeat the steps described
above and set the number of days' holi-

4.9 Setting the boost mode
This mode enables temporary simultan-
eous operation of the back-up heater
(immersion heater) and the heat pump, in
order to heat up the domestic hot water
more quickly. The (back-up heater in op-
eration) symbol and the display flash. If
the set target temperature in the domestic
hot water cylinder is reached, the mode is
automatically deactivated.
This mode is automatically deactivated at
most 24 hours after it was activated.
This mode temporarily suspends the set
time programming.

menu appears in the display.

▶
Turn the rotary knob to activate the
BOOST mode.

4.10 Setting limp home mode
This mode enables a limp home mode for
cases where use of the heat pump is pre-
vented (air pipes not yet connected, dust-
intensive work in the product's vicinity, op-
erating at low temperatures, etc.). In this
mode, energy savings cannot be achieved
by using the heat pump. It should therefore
be used in exceptional circumstances and
for a limited time period only.

menu appears on the display:
Condition: Electric back-up heater (ELEC.BACKP) has
been selected as back-up heating.

4.11 Activating the anti-legionella
function

protect against Legionella in
your installation.

Do not set any water temper-
atures below 60 °C without
consulting the competent

have them activate or deactivate the anti-
legionella function or to find out more in-
formation about the anti-legionella func-
