USE
1. Switch off all consumers such as lights and radio and remove the ignition key from the ignition
lock.
2. Connect the red alligator clip to the positive pole and the black one to the negative pole of an
external 12V battery.
3. Plug the device into the OBD II socket (DLC) of the vehicle.
4. If all electrical connections are correct, the LEDs should light up, the device is now ready for
operation and the replacement of the vehicle battery can begin.
5. If the LED does not light up, this may be due to the blown fuse (F).
6. Remove the alligator clips, pull the device out of the OBD II socket (DLC) and check the fuse
(F). When replacing the fuse with a new one, it MUST be ensured that the new fuse has the
same characteristic values.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories
and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner
which is compatible with the environment.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive
on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority for
recycling information or give the product for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an electrical
appliances retailer.
