Air filter with oil
1. Close the fuel tap;
2. Release the grip tabs, remove the filter cup and the
filter (41);
3. Blow the filter with compressed air until it gets
completely clean;
4. Place the filter and assemble the other components
in the reverse order of disassembly;

Spark Plug
To ensure proper engine operation, the spark plug must
be clean and with adequate clearance between the
electrodes.
1. Remove the pipe (37) and check if the spark plug (37)
is clean;
2. Measure the distance between the electrodes with
proper tools. The distance must be between 0.7-0.8
mm. If necessary, fold the electrode until it has the
right clearance;
3. Place the spark plug and tight it firmly. Not doing so
may damage the engine;
4. If the spark plug doesn't spark it must be replaced;
To tighten/loosen de spark plug use the spark
plug wrench given.

Throttle adjustment
Use the accelerator tuner (35) placed in the accelerator
cable next to the handlebar grip.
Traction adjustment
To adjust the traction, there are two adjusting screws.
The traction tuner (17) is attached to the traction lever
and the tuner (18) is attached to the cable near the
handlebar grip (more accurate adjustment).
General cleaning
Clean the machine thoroughly after each use. A careful
handling protects the machine and extends its lifespan.
Before cleaning, allow the machine to cool completely,
remove the spark plug pipe. During cleaning work wear
long arm protection and tight gloves.
