There might be:
1) The cigarette lighter charging cable is faulty;
2) The dash cam is faulty
Solution:
1) Connect the dash cam with a USB cable to a stable
mobile power supply or computer, and check whether the
dash cam will be still turning on and off repeatedly.
2) If the dash cam are still repeatedly switch on and off
again, maybe the charging cable is faulty. Please replace
the charging cable with a new one.
3) If the problem still has not been solved, please do the
following thing:
a. Use the removal pin to insert into the "R" hole at the
bottom of the dash cam for 3 seconds, then the dash cam
will automatically reboot.
b. Format the memory card in the dash cam menu.
c. Initially set up the camera in the dash cam menu.
4) After doing the above, if the dash cam is still faulty, please
contact us.
3. Can't get to the menu?
When the camera is recording video, the menu button does
not work. A key symbol next to the blinking red dot in the
upper left corner of the screen means the camera is in the
lock screen. Please press the unlock button on the right side
of the screen to unlock it, and then you can press MENU to
enter the menu.
4. Why the dash cam is stop automatically when
recording sometimes?
Solution:
1) Check whether the memory is full.
