Installation instructions
IPS-10 (Fig. 1)
1. Apply water-resistant grease, P/N #828250 to the spli-
nes and threads of the aft propeller shaft.
2. Push the aft propeller (B) onto the splines. Tighten the
aft propeller nut (8) by hand until it bottoms. Line up the
locking ring (7) and the line cutter (6) with the threaded
holes on the propeller and install using the hex socket
screws (3). Tightening torque 25 Nm (18.4 lbf. ft).
NOTICE! Use special tool P/N #3863070.
3. Apply water-resistant grease, P/N #828250 to the spli-
nes and threads of the forward propeller shaft.
4. Push the forward propeller (A) onto the splines. Tighten
the forward propeller nut (5) by hand until it bottoms.
Line up the locking plate (4) with the threaded holes on
the propeller and install using the hex socket screws (3).
Tightening torque 25 Nm (18.4 lbf. ft)
NOTICE! Use special tool P/N #3863070
5. Install the spinner (2) using the hex socket screw (1).
IMPORTANT! Apply locking agent to the threads of the
screw.

IPS A-F (Fig. 2)
1. Apply water-resistant grease, P/N #828250 to the spli-
nes and threads of the aft propeller shaft.
2. Push the aft propeller (B) onto the splines. Tighten the
aft propeller nut (6) by hand until it bottoms. Adjust the po-
sition by turning it counter clockwise until the holes align
with the threaded holes on the propeller. Also align the
line cutter (5) with the threaded holes on the propeller and
install using the hex socket screws (3). Tightening torque
25 Nm (18.4 lbf. ft).
NOTICE! Use special tool P/N #3863070.
3. Apply water-resistant grease, P/N #828250 to the spli-
nes and threads of the forward propeller shaft.
4. Push the forward propeller (A) onto the splines. Tighten
the forward propeller nut (4) by hand until it bottoms.
Adjust the position by turning it counter clockwise until the
holes align with the threaded holes on the propeller and
install using the hex socket screws (3). Tightening torque
25 Nm (18.4 lbf. ft)
NOTICE! Use special tool P/N #3863070
5. Install the spinner (2) using the hex socket screw (1).
IMPORTANT! Apply locking agent to the threads of the
screw.
