N.B. moving the oven is allowed only if it is cold and after closing the cylinder valve
if it is housed under a trolley. If the cylinder is outside the trolley, it is advisable to
close the valve and disconnect it before moving the oven to avoid tipping over and/
or damage to the cylinder that could compromise its use and functionality with the
risk of causing fires and/or explosions.
These indications are valid for the entire MAESTRO series, below the technical cha-
racteristics of the MAESTRO 40 and 60 models that have the components in com-
mon but differ in nominal power.
