OPERATION
1. Insert the blades into the shaft in the glass bowl, and then introduce the washed ingredients.

2. With the ingredients in the glass bowl, cover the main body with the bowl cap, aligning the
groove on one side of the main body with the tab on one side of the bowl cap. When the main
body is firmly in place, the blue indicator light will flash 5 times. Then press and hold the
pulse switch to process the food. Do not overload the glass bowl; if you do, the blades may not
be able to rotate properly. Take out some ingredients and continue the process.

OPERATION
3 When processing, the unit will automatically stop working after 30 seconds. If the ingredients are
not chopped as expected, press and hold the pulse switch again up to another 30 seconds. When
you get the desired results, remove the main body from the glass bowl, and pour out the chopped
food. Next, rinse the glass bowl with water.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF CHOPPER
Remove the main body from the glass bowl cap before cleaning the unit. Always clean the main body
and the accessories thoroughly after using. Clean the main body only with a sponge or damp cloth. Do
not use abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface. Do not put the main body in the dishwasher
and do not immerse it in water. To clean the accessories, wash them by hand in warm water using a
mild detergent solution, and dry everything thoroughly with a soft, absorbent cloth. Be mindful of the
removable razor-sharp blades. Do not boil the accessories and do not put them in a microwave or a
dishwasher to clean them. If the unit is not used for three months, it needs to be charged.
